Few could boast of having played for thirty years in one of the worlds greatest symphony orchestras and have a tandem career as a highly sought-after jazz bassist, rock bass guitarist, recording artist, contemporary music artist, chamber musician, not to mention award winning music educator, master clinician, composer, arranger, and producer. But somehow he has packed all of that activity into a forty year journey that began when he picked up the bass at age 14.
